Resolved Question: I think I've been scammed on eBay? Please help me?
Well, I purchased a t-shirt and received it... However, it was too big on me. So I asked the seller if I could please return it. According to the listing, it says they will refund. She said sure and send it to the address given and she'll refund it straight away. I've sent it by Express with a tracking code. The next day, I've searched on the tracking code and it says it has been sent. I asked the seller if she has received it, she said no and she'll tell me if has got it... After the weekend weekend, I then replied that it's already been sent with the code provided. Hours later, no answer and I messaged again to check again. I also called the head office of the Express courier headoffice and they told me that it's been sent and there were no problems. I think I have been scammed. I think they're lying to me. I feel frustrated and upset. I don't know what to do... Who should I contact about this? I don't want to waste $70 on nothing. The seller owns a some clothing store.

okay, I've had a bit of a saga ordering off amazon. i ordered a few items with express delivery, and they were not delivered despite tracking saying it had. I contacted amazon on the phone and they said that they would send a replacement free of charge. I then phoned the courier DPD (morons) and they said that the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address around the corner from where i live, so i picked it up from their home. But now I have this "free" replacement coming tomorrow and am not sure what i should do? should i return the package? or would i be able to keep it?

I'm just curious ... so don't receive every hot by the question. Here's what I'm asking/describing : I'm a courier for Fedex Express (giggle if you want to:) and in Nevada they have enacted a new law which gives them the right to issue a ticket for $250 if they catch you driving while talking or trying to text. But wait ... there's more :) As a courier since I'm a commercial driver my fine if caught is $2,500. A great law as far as I'm concerned since clearly people don't seem to receive the message that driving is the only thing they should do when behind the wheel. My point is this .... since I look some of the police talking on their cells or typing on their pads/laptops while driving I was just wondering why it's different for them? If you receive upset thinking I'm against the police and trying to make them look bad ... don't waste your time. I live in the city of Las Vegas and 10/10 I'd rather know a cop than a criminal. I just want to know if there is a reasonable reason police are subject to a different rule or are they penalized the same as people who aren't in law enforcement? Hello, I ordered some Foxylocks Extensions and got the Express Shipping option through DHL, when I track my shipping it does not say my state that it is being delivered to. It says it's in kentucky now, being delivered by a courier, but I do not live in Kentucky, I live in Illinois. The town I live is a common city name that both Kentucky and Illinois have, and I'm afraid they are going to deliver it to the wrong home in Kentucky instead of my home. The zipcode is correct on the delivery address but again there is no State listed even though I KNOW I put Illinois. Has anyone had experience with this? Do you think it will make it to the right place? I'm going to be pretty upset if I paid 20 dollars for shipping that has HARDLY been express even for international, the extensions alone were expensive enough. Thanks guys for your time!

Voting Question: FedEx Express odd experience?
Had a package shipped overnight. The FedEx Express courier showed up in a silver Dodge Caravan, no company markings, but was in uniform. Why is this??? I know a fair amount about the parcel industry, but never thought FedEx Express would show up like this. I'd expect that from FedEx Ground (separate company, lower-wage contractors)... Any ideas?

I'm so stressed and mad right now. I ordered something with a company in Belfast (I live in ROI) and they sent it to me on the 7th of December. I've been waiting for it since, and decided to contact them today. They said they checked with their courier and it was delivered yesterday at 9:14a.m with Express Parcels. I have never received anything and I was home every that morning, and the driver is even supposed to call me because I live in a private property where there is no home number, so that I would give him directions to receive to my place... I received no call... Now, I have difficulty to understand that it was delivered and signed for!!!! How can the driver deliver it if the address is not clear without a home number??? and how could the person sign for a parcel that is not theirs???!!! This is theft!!! I contacted the seller and reported the problem... the guy said he contacted their courier and that he raised a signature denial so they can look into where my parcel was delivered and who signed for it... he said they should be able to provide me with a Proof of Delivery Signature, and also where it was delivered. This has never happened to me before. I'm so stressed. Someone stole my order now... What shall I do??? What's a signature denial? How would that courier provide me with that Proof of Delivery Signature?? are they going to post that to me?? I'm confused! Shall I go to the guards? What to tell them, and how to prove every this to them? Thanks CanadaRAM for your answer. I know I would ... I am a Fedex Express courier and sometimes while waiting at cease lights I count the number of cars/trucks going by that have a person talking while driving. The highest number I've counted was 13 of 25 vehicles with someone talking and driving.
